Architectural Review Request

How do I submit an Architectural Review Request?

Step 1:  First, do a quick review of Article 6.24 of our Declaration.  This section succinctly identifies specific exterior improvements that require Owners to submit Project Plans.  This section also identifies the various documents that make up a Project Plan.

Step 2:  Complete the Architectural Review Request form and attach your Project plan to it.  Submit it below.   DO NOT start your project until the Executive Board has approved your request in writing.  Your request and Project Plan should be submitted at least 30-days prior to your anticipated project start date

Step 3:  The ARC will then review your Project Plan.  Your request is deemed received once you have a written acknowledgement (email suffices) from someone on the ARC or the Executive Board.  They may or may not have additional questions for you.

Step 4:  The ARC will then review your request and advise their recommendation to the Executive Board. The Executive Board will then inform the Owner of their approval or disapproval within 30-days of acknowledged receipt of your request.  If the Board fails to meet that 30-day review window without advising you of any missing documents or further requests for information, then your request is deemed approved by default.

An Architectural Review and Board pre-approval is NOT required if the repair or replacement is substantially the same as the previously installed items.

Any variance/change orders from an approved, submitted form will require a full and complete re-submission and subsequent approval.
